Finance Manager

Dependable Home Tech is a new and fast growing business in the Charlotte area and we are currently looking for an experienced Accountant knowledgeable in state and local regulations with a strong internal controls background.

 

The Finance Manager will be responsible for:

- Establishing and implementing internal controls over operations

- Establishing and implementing financial reporting for our new deployments ensuring that they follow corporate policies and procedures

- Developing SOX compliance plans working with the corporate Finance team

- Ensuring that all corporate policies and procedures are SOX compliant

- Preparing required information for monthly and quarterly financial statements as well as year-end audits

- Filing reports with state and local authorities as required

- Ensuring all accounting records are accurate

 

Qualified candidates will posses:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance

- 5-7 relevant work experience in finance, accounting and internal controls

- Strong knowledge of GAAP

- Budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

- Exposure to SOX is an asset
