Financial Analyst / Operations Analyst

 Exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst with strong Operations experience.  You will be charged with ensuring data and analytical consistency and improve overall analytical capabilities across the organization.  You will support workforce management and support services.  You duties will include meeting and working closely with your internal customers in operations and the business to understand their challenges and identify solutions to improve operations,provide reports on key operational metrics, improve reporting process to increase accuracy and efficiency, ad hoc business and financial analysis, and financial and operations forecasting.  You must be VERY analytical, consultative,  and see the big picture.  Also, you must be able to think on your feet and react quickly to changes in the business.  The team your joining is very dynamic and high energy.  This is a permanent position located in the Perimeter area.


Required Skills:


Strong quantitative, statistical and analytical background; experience in operational reporting and analysis; strong spreadsheet and database skills.


Process Improvement – Develop new processes and identify and implement improvements in existing processes of collecting, storing, managing, processing and delivering operational data.


Problem Solving - Identify and is persistent in resolving problems or obstacles in a timely manner; Gather and analyze information skillfully; Develop alternative solutions; Work well in-group problem solving situations; Use reason even when dealing with sensitive topics.


Interpersonal Skills – Outgoing personality with ability and desire to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.


Oral/Written Communication – Must be able to communicate complex financial and business concepts in a clear, understandable manner; strong writing and presentation skills including proficiency with Microsoft Power Point.

Experience in quantitative and statistical analysis and reporting – particularly in a call center or services operations environment.Experience in operational reporting and analysis.Strong spreadsheet and database skills.Accuracy, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability and desire to interact directly with all areas of the business.Ability to thrive in a growing and evolving business environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working with senior management.Ability to work independently on multiple projects/tasks with stringent schedules.Extensive experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Oracle, etc.
