GRANITE DEPLOYMENT SPECIALIST

All applicants must have a minimum of 3 years IT Industry experience in order to apply.  No 3rd party resumes accepted. Location:  Piscataway, NJ Duration:  7 Months Start Date: ASAP Candidate will work to support current Granite environments or work on new environments.  Initial assignment is expected to be supporting the various environments being used by the services team for current projects (T-Mobile, Level 3, AT&T, TeMM, SingTel, Verizon, etc). Work can include installation, hardware planning (HP or Sun platforms), remote access, troubleshooting of environment issues at a local or customer site. There is also a potential to provide installation tasks at client sites representing our client. So the candidate must demonstrate strong verbal and communication skills with an ability to work independently and have excellent troubleshooting skills. Skill Sets / Qualifications Minimum of 5 years deploying the Granite or Service Director application (or competitive next generation product) in the telecommunications arena.  Deployment must include up-to-date experience with Granite as well as the operating environment (Oracle, WebLogic, WebSphere, CleverPath Reporting, XperLoad, Gateway, Process Automator).  Experience working on products/solutions of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.  Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.  Exhibits functional expertise, works on complex problems requiring a high level of ingenuity and creativity gained through years of practical experience.  Frequently contributes to the development of new principals, theories and methods.  Often self initiated, work is usually performed independently with minimal direction from manager. May provide technical leadership to less experienced professional staff, as either a generalist or specialist within area of expertise.  Our opportunities are numerous...
