Government Sales Representative-S&L (HI)

Job ID: 140295Position Description: Job Responsibilities:• Assist sales team in meeting/exceeding quota targets and goals on a monthly basis.• Drive activations toward multiple channels of fulfillment, while prioritizing lowest cost channels. • Proactively seek out opportunities for line of business selling and projects that provide value add solutions that will solidify Cingular’s relationship within the account. • Provide opportunity reports, forecasts, competitive status reports and other needed account information to GAM/GAE as requested. • Assist GAM/GAE with the activation process, adding lines to existing accounts, assisting with proposals, being a back-up for the GAM/GAE. • Perform basic customer rate plan analysis, billing reviews, and technical issue resolution escalation from customer care. Quickly and efficiently escalate to focused team/staff for post sales support. • Follow up with Customer Care, Managers and subscribers on issues and resolution.• 75% of time spent is dealing face to face with customers. • Responsible for selling voice and date products and services within an assigned portfolio of accounts.• Other duties as assigned by sales leaders.Qualifications:• College degree preferred or relevant work experience.• Strong computer skills; including MS Windows, MS Office, MS Emails, other systems deployed in support of customer care.• Sales or customer service experience preferred. • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills. • Must be well organized, and multi-task oriented with strong attention to detail. • Strong planning and follow through skills.• In-depth knowledge of wireless service, coverage maps, rate plans, and accessories. • Ability to present professional image of self and company. • Flexible, team oriented individual. • Proactive, positive and professional. • Effective decision making and problem solving capabilities. • Valid drivers license, current auto insurance, reliable vehicle per transportation needs of market. • AT&T is an Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer, and we're committed to hiring a diverse and talented workforce.
