HR Consultant/Recruiter

Ameritraining, Inc. is searching for an HR Consultant/Recruiter to fill a contract position for our large telecom client. This job requires a mix of expert sourcing skills/experience, as well as marketing experience. This is a contract position expected to last 18 months. If selected, a background and drug screen will be required.

Responsibilities:
• Drive a high-level of traffic to micro websites optimized for key roles, track submittals and resulting hires.
• Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors in order to capitalize on recruiting opportunities and minimize the effects of competitive activity.
• Contributes towards promotional activities specifically linked to Company web presence, such as contests, tours, and seminars.
• Serve as participant/moderator in any and all online content - forums, blogs, discussion sites – to help reach targeted passive prospects.
• Prepares reports, including charts and graphs, and presents recommendations for workforce action plans to management.
• Potential travel within and outside of assigned immediate geographic responsibility

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of online research, community management and/or marketing experience
• Experience working remotely with a dynamic, global team.
• Exceptional planning skills
• Self-motivated
• Experience operating in a startup environment.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proficient in Internet searching – use of Google, Yahoo!, MSN Search – to find desired content.
