HRIS Analyst

Its broadband satellite products are based on the IPoS (IP over Satellite) global standard, approved by the TIA, ETSI, and ITU standards organizations.As a member of the Human Resources team, the HRIS Analyst provides technical support for HRIS functions within the Human Resources department and to other internal customers. May have contact with external vendors. This role is also a member of a cross functional team with HR, Payroll and IT staff that support, maintain and enhance the SAP HRMS system and other HR applications. Responsibilities: Day to day system monitoring and user support. Support data analysis and statistical reporting using various tools such as the HRMS, Excel and Crystal reporting tools. Work with HR users to define requirements, assess alternatives, and implement solutions. Assist in the design and facilitation of HR system training and documentation. Assist in the testing, implementation and support of SAP HR system upgrades and enhancements. Develop web applications to support employee services and other HR functions.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree required.  Strong Microsoft Excel skills required. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Power Point, and Access strongly desired. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, troubleshooting and organization skills are needed. Must be able to work on multiple projects with varying time lines and priorities.
