Human Resources Coordinator (Part Time), Versus

Versus is seeking a Part Time Human Resource Coordinator for our Stamford, CT Office, reporting into Headquarter HR Group in Philadelphia, PA, provide support to the Production client base on day-to-day HR functions in Stamford, CT. (Hours to be determined with right candidate).

Job Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain all employee files and job folders.
- Coordinate and prepare all offer, new hire and termination paperwork.
- Process pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
- Liaison to Comcast Benefits Dept and Corporate HR.
- Attend benefits conference calls, review all monthly benefits reports and assist employees with routine benefits questions as necessary.
- Assist with the administration of FMLA/STD and other leaves of absence.
- Complete verifications of employment.
- Review new hire orientation materials with new employees.
- Assist with the coordination of internship program.
- Assist with the coordination and tracking of company training programs.
- Assist with sourcing and screening of job applicants.
- Prepare various reports and update HR materials as needed.
- Assist with special projects and other HR related duties as assigned.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Punctual, regular and consistent attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years experience in Human Resources within a corporate environment.
- Must have Prior experience working with an HRIS/HCMS, preferably SAP.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail required.
- Strong time-management skills; ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Prior experience working with highly sensitive, confidential information.
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
