Human Resources Prof

POSITION SUMMARY: This position will assist in overseeing the day to day Human Resources policies, procedures and programs. In addition, the HR Generalist will assist in coordination of the career progression programs for employees. Hours for this position will generally be Tuesday – Saturday from 2pm – 11pm or 3pm-12midnight.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
(May perform any or all of the following duties.)
MAJOR DUTIES:
- Be the HR support for client areas such as Technical Operations, Marketing, Business Operations, and Customer Care.
- Assures compliance with all government regulations such as FCC, EEO, labor laws.
- Assist in call center career progression programs by monitoring on-line systems and program data through reports.
- Handles questions, concerns and issues for employees and responds within 24 hours.
- Maintains employee personnel records ensuring compliance with company policies and practices.
- Responsible for the accurate processing of employee information in the HRIS systems as well as some complex report writing. (Report smith and Access.)
- Assists in the analysis and processing of information related to the performance and compensation of employees based on their position and other compensable factors.
- Support Regional, Division and Corporate HR initiatives as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in related field and/or 4-6 years experience in human resources required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office products. (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
- Must possess strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
