Based in either our Waltham or Marlborough, MA office your focus will be on employee relations and building programs to strengthen our fast paced post-merger environment. Your previous experience investigating and heading off employee complaints will be critical as we are committed to building strong relationships and employee retention. Working cross functionally you will play a key role in designing and delivering management training and other programs to fortify employee relations and organizational processes. Additional experience with post/pre employment claims will add to your candidacy for this highly sought after position.
