Human Resources – Senior Employee Relations Professional

This is an outstanding opportunity for a polished Human Resource professional to truly make an impact by partnering with functional managers and leaders across the organization to plan, create and implement operational solutions, as well as address organizational challenges and employee relations issues. In this wide stretching role you will be given the autonomy to design and implement new programs and processes to bolster employee retention, managment training and employee satisfaction. Reporting to the Director of HR you will have the chance to expand your skills, take on new responsibilities and accelerate your career.

Based in either our Waltham or Marlborough, MA office your focus will be on employee relations and building programs to strengthen our fast paced post-merger environment. Your previous experience investigating and heading off employee complaints will be critical as we are committed to building strong relationships and employee retention. Working cross functionally you will play a key role in designing and delivering management training and other programs to fortify employee relations and organizational processes. Additional experience with post/pre employment claims will add to your candidacy for this highly sought after position. Your drive, general HR knowledge and specialization in employee relations will be rewarded with expanded leadership responsibilities, real autonomy and the opportunity to forge a challenging and fulfilling career.
