IP/Video Teleport Engineer

DESCRIPTION:  IP/Video Teleport Engineer. Located in Colorado, “the mile high state”, this industry leader in IP/ Video, broadband cable, distribution and transmission is in need of a IP/Video Teleport engineer.  Candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance and trouble-shooting IP video networks including, IP network protocols, microwave equipment, uplink transmission, topology, network components and video processing equipment.  Must have experience maintaining, repairing an analyzing IP or Video over IP networks and uplink transmission equipment. Fundamental understanding of analog and digital video principles a plus. Must be strong in the use of electronic test equipment, including: IP Protocol Analyzers, Network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, frequency counters, oscilloscope, digital voltmeters and others types of test equipment.
