IT -End User Support Specialist 2

•Responsible for management of all server and PC platforms
•Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for all servers / networks
•Works with regional Information Technology group to maintain maximum server availability & performance
•Develop, implement and perform and maintain network file server backups and disaster recovery procedures for complete environment.
•Setup, maintain, move, and troubleshoot end-user desktop and laptop workstations.
•Implement and maintain desktop and server standards based on Enterprise IT standards
•Update and install software revisions levels on desktops as required by Enterprise IT.
•Maintain proper software licensing levels
•Maintenance of printers including configurations and malfunctions.
•Ensure complete and reliable security for sensitive data
•Set-up and maintenance of desktop telephones
•Procurement, set-up and maintenance of cell phones
•Issuance of access cards, ID badges, security codes.
•Make recommendations on computer related needs
•Works with regional Information Systems group as needed to meet system’s management reporting needs including development and production of routine and ad hoc reports.
•Assist end users on approved applications as required in a timely and accurate manner.
•Deliver specified level of support to end users, as agreed to within SLA(Service Level Agreement)
•Maintain customer satisfaction levels of 85% and above
•Assists in resolving operational problems with users, coordinating proposed solutions with manager and other appropriate personnel
•Recommends policies on system use and services
•Other duties as assigned
•Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
•Provide after hours on-call technical support
•Documentation updating as needed
•Provide end-user education (can be performed via documentation, group meetings, etc…)
•Web Page development and maintenance

Required Skills:
EDUCATION:
•High School diploma or equivalent required, a 2 year degree in a computer related field or the recognized equivalent in work experience and self-study
•Compaq and/or Dell hardware desktop certification

EXPERIENCE:
•Minimum of 3 years personal computer software and network operating systems experience
•Minimum 3 years working knowledge of PCs and related equipment and their use in an office environment.
•Minimum 3 years of administration experience of Windows 2000 servers & Active Directory

Ability to work overtime, as needed.
