Inside Client Service Representative (ICSR)

Sells corporate products to business and industrial establishments or individuals over the telephone by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Makes outbound calls for new customer acquisition and upselling calls to our existing base of customers for voice and data services.

Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.

Makes customer sales contacts via the winback process. 

Contacts customers via the contract  renewal campaign for voice and data services. 

Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.

Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.

Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.

Builds and maintains customers relationships.

Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.

Investigates and resolves customer problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Above average computer skills to include internet software, email and database software needed.
