Measure current recruiting sources to ensure we receive a return on our investment. Duties and Responsibilities:" Identify multiple recruiting sources for diversity and college recruiting" Research organizations and associations for a potential candidate pool" Attend recruiting events job/career fairs, open houses as an active participant" Develop relationships with colleges for future interns, co-ops and graduates" Meet diversity goals by identifying diverse recruiting sources for job openings" Participate in phone screens and surveys ~~ print online applications/resumes" Analyze and report on current recruiting sources and their effectiveness" Timely entry of Background checks ~~ create new hire packets" Coordinate, administer and manage the Qwiz testing process" Schedule applicants for Customer Service interviews" New Hire files/term files established and filed within 7 calendar days of NHO" Provide administrative support in staffing process."
