Internal Marketing Communications Specialist

Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm.
Reporting to the Marcom Manager, this position is responsible for creation and design of written communications and training materials supporting marketing initiatives using multiple formats like web-based, email, paper, and face-to-face. This position works collaboratively with their team and other business functions to ensure advance notice and thorough understanding of all campaigns, promotions and initiatives driven by the marketing group.
? Create and design clear, concise, and effective communications, training materials, tools and aids for Customer Education, frontline sales employees, management and other business functions which support any marketing initiatives assigned by the Manger, and use all means available (i.e., email, Source, LiveMeeting, paper, face-to-face, and others).
? Assist in maintaining marketing information on the Source (on-line job aid for frontline employees) and ensure materials kept current.
? Work collaboratively with Manager & Comcast University to ensure marketing strategy is consistent in training materials. Keep up-to-date regarding all Marketing projects and initiatives. Review and, when necessary, assist with preparation of ComcastU training materials.
? Assist in maintaining the Sales & Marketing Newsletter on intranet Website.
? Assist sales channels in training of frontline employees as needed.
? Support frontline managers, supervisors, coaches and employees in getting quick response to marketing questions (via NE – Ask Marketing email, customer fulfillment, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS:

? This position requires strong organizational, project management, time management, and computer skills.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.

? Successful prior experience with creation and design of communication and/or training materials
? Training/presentation experience necessary.
? Experience in broadband sales and/or marketing a plus
BA degree in Marketing or Communications or related field a plus
 - 3 years of relevant Marketing experience
