Our client is a global leading provider of mobile data infrastructure solutions to mobile operators.  Due to the continuous growth, we are seeking a highly-motivated HR Coordinator to support global HR and employees in the US.  This position functions as the main point of contact for US staff member, a liaison to HQ in Europe and manager for recruitment.

 

International HR Coordinator

 

Reporting to Global HR Director, based in Europe, you will be responsible for:

 Managing recruitment process in the US consisting of: writing job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting and scheduling interviews.Support employees with questions and problems, as they arise.Conducting market surveys, recommending salary bands, assisting with performance reviews.Implement and execute company policies and procedures according to guidelines.Evaluate current policies, benefits and compensation programs and recommend changes to improve company operations.

 

Requirements:

 Minimum 3 years experience in an HR role, with heavy emphasis on technical recruiting, compensation and employee relations.Experience working in an international environment.Strong work ethic and desire to build solid relationships with client population.Detail oriented, organized with ability to follow up / though on all tasks.Willing to travel occasionally within the US.

 

This role will start as a part time position with flexible hours, approximately 25 hours weekly, but could graduate to a full time role at some point.
