Internetworking Engineer

Ameritraining, Inc is searching for a Contract Network Engineer who has excellent Interpersonal and Communications skills, as well as Project Management and Organizational skills. This is a contracting position that could last up to 24 months, there are no benefits.

The position will support the end to end management, coordination and facilitation of all activities required to implement IP MIS/VPN offers. This position requires the engineer to be the primary point of contact for the customer and other supporting organizations including account teams and suppliers. The engineer is required to interface with customers, telecom managers, and technical personnel.

The Contractor must be knowledgeable in Internetworking technology, circuit design, Domain Name Services and IP addressing. Also knowledge of Microsoft Office and Networking. Personal computers and their associated communication hardware and software. A CCNA desired. Future shift work is a possibility, starting hours are M-F 8:00am-5:00pm.
