Inventory Manager

Company: EIA-Datacom, Inc.

Requirements: Must be efficient in Computers, Min 3 years experience Data/Voice/Wireless Communications, Fluent in English.

Job Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:Preps all materials for shipment out of the OfficeEnters all the parts into the system under the assigned field ticketEnters all materials returning back to the Office under the assigned field ticket.Provides Warehouse Material Tracking paperwork to Operations for Billing.Performs Inventory check every 6 months for accounting.Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.Notifies Operations of stock materials low in Inventory.


  2.  Test EquipmentTracks all scanners and adaptorsMonitors their maintenance.

 

  3.  Drills and ToolsMonitors all Drills and Tools assigned to the Technicians.Researches New Equipment and Tools.

  4.  Additional Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily material shipments to match customer demand.Identify and implement operational efficiencies where availableCoordinate and participate in the daily warehouse activities when needed.Ensure corporate quality procedures are being followed.Provide input as part of regional management team.Develop skills and enhance productivity of reports.Coordinate and facilitate required training.

5.  Desired Qualifications
Fluent in Microsoft Office including ExcelWarehouse experience including the operations of materials handling equipment.Physical requirements include good or corrected vision, ability to lift 50-70 pounds, and ability to work in an ambient termperature environment.
