Inventory Rep

INVENTORY REPRENTATIVE Job Code: 082103 Grade: 4 General Summary: Subject matter expert for all inventory processes. Responsiblefor inventory processes at all retail locations reporting to Retail SalesManager. Job duties include, but are not limited to the following: conductsmonthly cycle counts for all equipment as well as any cycle count research;prepares reports such as Open Order Report and unreconciled Sales Report;coordinates asset recovery process for all locations; provides any issueresolution or troubleshooting needed for all locations; provides similar dutiesfor business representatives. Minimum Requirements: Ability to understanding overall impact of inventoryprocess on retail operations, point-to-point distribution, and storagelocations. Ability to understand the impact of improper inventory tracking oninventory levels. Strong communication and customer interface skills. Good mathskills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.Ability to use proper discretion in escalating issues. Ability to workeffectively as part of a team. PC and 10-key skills. Travel may be required tocover all locations supported. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 0-2 years work experience required. Work experience in inventory,purchasing, warehousing, materials management, or related function preferred.
