This is an excellent opportunity (thru end of 2008) for a "Strong" Java Developer with Amdocs experience – OMS module would be a plus.  These opportunities will be located in St. Louis, MO.  Immediate Start Dates!

 

SKILLS NEEDED:

 

Ø  Strong Java Skills Required

Ø  Experience as a Java Developer on the Amdocs billing platform  - experience with the OMS module a plus…

Ø  In fulfilling the duties of this position, the developer will interact with other teams throughout Long Distance IT to coordinate technical designs and ensure accurate and efficient interfaces exist between application components. You may occasionally interface directly with business partners in support of external clients

Ø  Must have a demonstrated ability to successfully translate technical specifications into
details designs and working software on projects of varying size and scope.

Ø  Demonstrated technical skills

Ø  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ø  Knowledge of object oriented design and development

 

DUTIES:

 

Ø Provide Java development

Ø Responsible for delivery of detail designs, accurate and efficient code and thorough unit test results to ensure on time delivery of projects

Ø Review detail designs, code and test results for both project work and production support activities
