Junior Marketing Manager

The Junior Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting Product Management and Marketing Management Team in the planning and execution of carrier marketing strategy, programs, and promotions to ensure marketing positioning and product sell thru to specified carrier account.

• Assist in the planning and execution of carrier marketing activities, including: drive periods, channel programs, email, telemarketing, direct mail, events, and other activities
• Support regional end user marketing activities as needed
• Work with carrier corporate marketing teams and local resources to plan/execute events and programs, coordinate the efforts of all involved and be responsible for meeting campaign goals and objectives
• Provide guidance in the development, production and distribution of channel support material (e.g., selling guides, presentations, etc.)
• Provide regular status reports and analysis on channel related marketing activities and programs
• Communicating and enforcing rules of engagement
• Travel as needed to conduct onsite planning and relationship building
• Provide feedback to Product and Marketing team for product development enhancements and new product concepts

• Bachelors Degree preferred, or equivalent related industry experience, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a position requiring direct customer contact.
• Experience in a marketing or sales department or functional company group developing, compiling, and presenting information on products and services.
• Experience developing marketing and sales presentations using a variety of PC applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and graphic arts software.


• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.
• Plan, organize and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
• Read and interpret marketing documents, media materials and contracts or related documents based on corporate legal and marketing standards and philosophy.
• Demonstrated competency in both oral and written modes for internal and external personnel at all levels.
• Work independently and in a team environment, in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.
• A work related history of excellent customer service; prioritization of tasks and issues; and both written and verbal communication skills in technical and general marketing and sales environments.
