Job Purpose: Handles daily provisioning duties, including working provisioning fallout and providing feedback to off-shore partners. Ensures timely response and completion of escalations from BPO customers. First level of escalation for account issue resolution. Provides point of contact during installation/activation for vendor and customer. Accepts, reviews and verifies all orders owned for completeness and correctness. Works with trading partners, vendor, customer and service providers to resolve questions and order provisioning issues quickly.  Understands the provisioning process and systems used.

 Key Tasks:Provide resolution to issues with the order throughout the process  Works closely with other provisioners and field technicians to ensure smooth installation and activation  Provide the support departments with a first level escalation on issues  Coordinate activation of services with vendor and trading partner  Inform vendor in an expeditious manner, any unresolved issues impacting the customer's installation.

 

Technical Skills:

Expert LNP provisioning skills, including CSR, LSR, SOA, NPAC, e911, DL, LIDB/CNAM, Care provisioning/issue resolution.

 

Software Skills:

Microsoft Office.

Minimum Education/Experience:

Vocational, some college, or college education, at least 1 year LNP provisioning experience.
