Lead Construction Clerk - Acct & Admin Exp Preferred

- Oversee all areas of capital spending, tracking and reconciliation.
- Maintain records of fixed asset inventory and wreck-out.
- Coordinate the system's capital forecast and budget.
- Work closely with technical operations and engineering to ensure all capital expenditures are properly authorized and funded prior to issuing an order to work.
- Review capital authorization forms and purchase requisitions.
- Insurance certs
- Proactively identifies potential capital expenditures exceeding original purchase orders and works with management to identify a remediation plan.
- Ensure all items on the vendor payment withholding report are researched and properly received.
- Review all capital labor invoices to ensure work was complete and billing is accurate prior to payment.
- Review inventory issuances to ensure materials are properly allocated to the correct projects.
- Ensure Oracle project summary report is accurate by verifying to detailed project reconciliations.
- Coordinate responses to various informational requests from HQ, Division and Region Management.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 3 years hands on experience in administrative, accounting/financial analysis with strong analytical, and communication skills. This resume should be clearly represented on resume.

- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Hyperion Essbase.

- Knowledge of cable billing systems and report writer applications preferred.Cable industry experience preferred.

Ability to work overtime as needed.
