Lead Technical Architect- Entertainment Services Company: AT&T Operations

Requirements:

The Lead Technical Architect will lead user experience design for new products and services through the creation of interaction models, wire frames, behavior documentation, and prototypes. Work with visual designers, project stakeholders, and information architects to conduct peer-reviews, obtain approvals, and ensure that the end product conforms to user interface specifications. As part of the iterative design process, work with human factors experts and market researchers to plan and coordinate usability testing, user surveys and user research. Effectively apply the results of this testing/research to the creation of user interface designs and best practices. Establish and contribute to user interface best practices and style guides especially as they pertain to AT&T's 3-screen, convergent user experience. Work with other organizations and vendors to help translate these best practices and style guides into effective user interface designs. Create mock-ups and prototypes in the latest presentation environments (e.g. Flash, Silverlight, Ajax, etc.) for use in usability testing, market research, and stakeholder reviews.

 Required Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills: Has demonstrated expertise & unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives & principles & to achieve goals in creative & effective ways. Works on significant & unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires deep knowledge & an evaluation of intangibles. Desired Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills: Performs complex & innovative systems architecture, systems/technology research, modeling, consulting & project management activities leveraging new/emerging/future services, technologies & platforms. Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups. Acts independently to determine methods & procedures on new or special assignments. 12 years experience.
