Load Balance Analyst

Job opening for a Load Balance Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia.  Candidates must be able to pass a background check abnd drug screen.  The shift for this position is Monday-Friday working flexible hours from 7AM-7PM.

Qualifications:  Telecom background is preferred with an understanding of wireless networks (WAN) and switches (Nortel preferred).  Responsibilities will include prioritizing tickets created from a NOC center and scheduling field technicians to each ticket.  Experience with a ticketing system is required.  Tickets sent to the dispatch group from the NOC will be created when a switch/WAN needs repair.  Experience monitoring switches is a plus.  Good customer service and basic computer skills are required.
