MDU/FIND Sales Manager, Metro Richmond

The MDU/FIND Manager is responsible for managing account activities pertaining to the acquisition, management, maintenance, logging, reporting and retrieval of data specific to MDU accounts and New Build Properties, in addition to the management of any department staff.

This includes activities such as verifying contracts are being logged, routed, tracked, executed, copied and distributed to the appropriate parties.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Must have a complete understanding of Comcast's contact guidelines and procedures
- Managing bulk issues and price adjustments
- Work with IS to assign complex codes to MDUs and maintain database for individual and bulk accounts
- Secure and direct MDU (Multiple dwelling units) and F.I.N.D resources.
- Manage, organize, and update information in the DIRECT database system.
- Determine MDU landscape
- Minimize MDU exposure to competition
- Accurately identify # of MDUs in each market and determine contract status for voice, video and data services.
- Manage Revenue share and Door fee process
- Manage MDU and F.I.N.D. A. E. (Account Executives)
- Maintain, manage and review Account Executive compensation
- Serve as local resource to review contracts and provide guidance.
- Actively work and find leads by priority based on exposure.
- Track all channel migration projects and notify each property owner of the change
- Provide guidance on bulk pricing strategy in MDUs
- Assist other departments with questions regarding complexes, policies, and general departmental information.
- Work closely with Manager/Owner to resolve issues surrounding service, maintenance, and other miscellaneous needs for Bulk and Individual customers.
- Work with audit and direct sales to coordinate audits and maintenance of bulk and individual complexes.
- Work with marketing to identify and market to MDUs that competitors serve.
- Approve and validate all info entered into DIRECT.
- Complete additional projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline required

Experience:
Minimum 2 to 5 years cable and/or telecommunication sales experience required

Working Conditions:
Knowledge of general accounting, contracts, basic legal or combination of each required.
Also required:
- Successful negotiating skills.
- A self-directed, highly detailed-oriented individual who is customer focused and acts with a sense of urgency and proactively addresses issues, obstacles and shortfalls that may impact performance.
- Excellent organizational, project management, problem identification, multi-tasking and customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
