Manager, Business Process Management

Position Summary
Manage, design, develop, and implement business processes across all organizational functions. Incumbent must have strong leadership competencies with a wide variety of experience in Change Management, Operational Analysis, and Business Process Redesign. Act as change agent to lead and train employees in procedures, quality awareness, understanding and use of quality tools and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance. Drive execution of processes and monitor effectiveness through key performance indicators. Manage ISO procedures and other defined business required documentation and standards requirements.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
1. Establish and drive initiatives to identify, analyze, and implement process design and improvement initiatives across all business processes utilizing formalized process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to complete process diagnostics, process designs and process improvement implementations. Lead multi-site business process improvements to support six sigma transformation of the supply chain.
2. Develop key performance indicators to monitor performance and effectiveness of procedures. Lead and train employees in procedures, quality awareness, and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance.
3. Manage ISO procedures and other defined business required documentation and standards requirements. Develop and administer technical and user documentation for NAL Worldwide systems and processes, Customer Operational Requirements Documents (CORDs), and service provider required documentation. Determine training method and delivery.
4. Design and develop information and instruction material based on needs assessments and determine method of training. Conduct training as needed.
5. Develop process design and process training for new client start-ups, process reengineering, and project implementation. Determine training method and delivery.
6. Facilitate NAL Worldwide QMS internal audits of all processes. Requires 100% review annually of all corporate and Logistic Center processes as defined in the QMS scope.
7. Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
2 - 4 years minimum process analysis, design, and implementation experience
· 2 - 4 years experience in process and training design including all aspects of researching, writing, and maintaining technical documentation.
· Must have excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels within the organization, customers, and suppliers. Staff management may be required.
· Principles in supply chain concepts a plus.
· Familiar with project management techniques and methodologies. Must be able to demonstrate success in solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and making decisions. PMI or other project management certification a plus.
· Superior customer relationship skills and team building skills are required.
· Six Sigma Black Belt certification desired
· Ability to work efficiently under stress in a fast paced environment
· Ability to perform needs assessment and root cause analysis.
· Advanced to expert on Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and web-based training.
· Travel (25-40%) will be required to NAL facilities, service providers, and/or customer sites.
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred
