JOB SUMMARY

Manager Customer Service and Order Management functions in Englewood office.  Facilitate the consolidation of the unified processing for all customers and product lines.  Continue to streamline and improve the efficiencies of all interrelated processes.  Manage all aspects of required compliance efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIESManage processing requirements for Customer Service and Order Management. Facilitate/implement the changes necessary to achieve worldwide, unified processing. Continue to meet all compliance requirements at Englewood facility. Oversee procedural analyses to identify areas for improvement. Manage personnel for both teams in Englewood. Ongoing review/action on backlog management. Participate in multiple customer calls. Facilitate communications between Customer Service and other internal departments. Continue to automate reporting efforts both internal and external. Assist in the software transition of Oracle to PeopleSoft.Required Skills



QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/ABILITIESFive years experience in Customer Service Management and Logistics required. Bachelor's degree in Business Management or other related field required. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Candidate must be detail oriented, able to multitask, and have strong organizational skills. Previous experience in the Cable TV industry preferred. Software experience with PeopleSoft and TM1 is a plus.Arris requests that you apply for this position through our careers web site.
