Together, we can do great things. Manager, District POSITION BACKGR0UND & OBJECTIVES: The District Manager of Field Sales will drive sales execution efforts with T-Mobile Retail Partners. This leader will be accountable for realizing the full potential of the T-Mobile brand, ensuring that T-Mobile Retail Partners are well trained on T-Mobile products & services, including the improvement of the customer experience. This position is critical building preference at retail by driving Retail Partner relationships & merchandising, increasing sales, and reducing selling expenses. It will have responsibility for 100+ Retail Partner stores and 4+ people. Reporting to this position will be 4 - 7 Account Development Representatives and Event Representatives. This sales leader will report to the Market Director of Field Sales. The District Manager of Field Sales will provide focus on sales strategies and tactics, including key initiatives such as providing leads to significantly increase Retail Partner distribution, improving the Voice of the Customer quality scores, retailer training, and other transformation initiatives. This role will play a key role in improving year-over-year employee satisfaction scores within Retail Partner Sales. The position will support integral organizational development efforts such as skill building, re-defining the Account Development Representative role, and upgrading talent. It will also play a role of strengthening communication and cross-coordination among the Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Service, and Business Operations organizations. NUMBER OF REPORTS: 4 - 7 Account Representatives and Event Representatives QUALIFICATIONS: GENERAL DESCRIPTION The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of sales and operational experience in a sales organization with a top company and strong culture. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of building winning teams and implementing strategies to grow top and bottom line results. The work schedule for the District Manager position is Tuesday - Saturday.
