Manager - Plan Creative (Multicultural Marketing)

Responsible for the planning, development and ongoing management of multi-cultural direct mail and print-oriented marketing initiatives. Integrates all multi-cultural marketing initiatives into overall annual marketing plan for NYMA. Aids both Director and Vice President in analyzing outcomes and recommends strategic plans of action to increase performance of multicultural tactics. Incorporates results into marketing efforts on an ongoing basis. Manages multi-cultural marketing vendor relationships, trafficking and tracking all work flows for television, radio, print, online, and outdoor as well as all urban promotions and urban marketing alliances, both internal and external. Manages all direct mail efforts. Manages multi-cultural marketing planner and prepares all numbers for director to present at Program Reviews.Qualifications:  Must have a minimum of four (4) years in Multi-cultural or Direct Mail Marketing preferably both. Extensive multi-cultural direct mail marketing experience including the development, implementation, and testing of campaigns are required. Possess demonstrated analytic ability to disaggregate and analyze problems, to probe facts, identify and question assumptions and analyze issues from different perspectives to inform decision-making processes. Must be technical proficiency with PC’s, MS Office, Windows, PowerPoint and Excel and the Internet. Strong organizational and negotiating skills are essential.
