Manager Sales Business Services
The Business Services Sales Manager will be responsible for the recruitment, training, daily management and performance reporting for the Business Services Miami-Dade Outside Sales (Business Account Executives) field team. Position responsibilities include the effective implementation of field sales strategy that maximizes product penetration, delivers superior field sales execution practices and results that are in alignment with Business Services new subscriber and RGU ( Revenue Generating Unit, i.e. High Speed Data, Comcast Digital Voice, or Video) growth forecasts.
Supervise BAE's in all phases of their jobs including recruitment, training and performance evaluation. Manage sales representatives through performance management quotas and goal setting. Provide specific written performance evaluations as required by progressive performance management policies.
- Responsible for achieving new subscriber and RGU growth sales goals with special emphasis on bundle product sales through aggressive department goal setting, monitoring of individual and team performance metrics, training program development, recruitment, compensation programs and strategic territory planning and distribution.
- Maximize new subscriber acquisition, 3-Product bundle, RGU growth and retention within low penetrated areas.
- Facilitate daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting of sales results including monthly narrative of goal achievement, key performance data, sales channel churn and retention performance and recommendations for improved productivity.
- Assure sales representatives have understanding of offer strategy, Comcast Business Services products and pricing models, as well as competitive advantage over competitors by being the Subject Matter Expert for the team. Lead weekly sales team meetings to motivate, communicate achievements and product updates.
- Create selling environment that promotes and rewards sales performance, including aggressive commission programs and incentive contests.
- Responsible for coordinating and participating in the field training of sales representatives with continuous real-time field observations, coaching, and feedback.
- Monitor all commission, training pay or development cost related to direct sales expenses.
- Responsible for managing sales coordinators in urban footprint, measuring productivity and ensuring that team is in compliance with established guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: B.A. or B.S. Degree preferably in Business or Marketing and Sales
Qualifications
- Minimum 6-9 years related experience including at least one year leadership. At least two years experience in managing outside business to business services sales reps. Individual should have experience with sales territory development, CRM systems and activity management.
- Proven sales management achievement that includes a consistent and verifiable track record of exceeding annual budgeted sales goals within annual budgeted selling expense.
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
- Must be a team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes quickly
