Position Duties / Responsibilities:• Participate in collaboration with key Helio executives in the conceiving, defining, and executing key member acquisition & retention marketing programs • Take responsibility for bringing these programs to market and manage their execution to ensure they meet with desired goals and KPIs • Develop reports and analysis which enable a better understanding of the initiatives and identify success/failure points • Interface with various cross-functional departments to manage the matrix of strategic marketing activities across the company • Attend cross-functional meetings to keep abreast of various product launch schedules • Work with cross-functional teams to manage and execute the launch of various marketing programs and promotions • Perform competitive online research to support department • Occasional light copywriting and as necessary Key Experience:• Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously • 2-4 years prior marketing agency or marketing department experience • Experience overseeing and managing promotions and/or marketing launches end-to-end • Basic analytic experience • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and present concepts and ideas to a group • Basic copywriting ability necessary • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel • Ideally have wireless, technology knowledge or experience Education Requirements:Bachelors degree in Marketing or related fieldHELIO is an Equal Opportunity Employer Please apply directly to: http://jobs.helio.com/detail.asp?helio400427
