The role of the Marketing Communications Manager is to lead in the development and implementation of effective marketing communications strategies, insuring consistency with our mission and values while reinforcing One Communications' brand position. The Marketing Communications Manager will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to develop and implement strategies and tactics that ensure lead generation and support marketing deliverables.

The Marketing Communications Manager also serves as the primary copywriter/editor for a variety of online and offline media. The ability to translate complex product or service packages into business-oriented value statements is essential. Create, implement and measure the success of integrated, comprehensive marketing communications programs that drive results and increase the market's awareness, demand and preference for One Communications' services. Write and/or influence direction of various types of copy appropriate for marketing materials for B2B audiences (direct, wholesale and agent channels) as well as internal audiences as needed.Develop and/or edit copy for a variety of communications including sales collateral, case studies, advertising vehicles, executive presentations and more. Maintain high standards of copywriting and exercise quality control on all copy, including obtaining approvals, editing/proofreading. Edit and proofread copy developed by others as needed.Ensure that all marketing communications materials developed for internal or external use support and reinforce One Communications' brand.In conjunction with in-house design team and/or Advertising Agency, conceptualize creative themes, guide copy and design approach for product launches, product promotions, sales incentive programs, sponsorships, trade show/events and more.Manage relationships with external agency resources; manage budget by controlling expenses and maximizing return on investment, insuring deliverables and deadlines are met.Select, negotiate, manage and retain vendors and partners including contract language, terms, deliverables and timelines.Required Skills

Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or similar field.5-8 years marketing communications experience with 3-5 within a high-tech environment preferred.
