Marketing Coordinator Wanted ASAP!!!

Purpose of Position:

The Marketing Coordinator at Carousel will be an entry level marketing position supporting the Carousel sales team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Collateral Coordination

Maintain stock of sales collateral kits in all Carousel offices

Assist with requests of restock

Work with printer to obtain quotes for printing when restock is necessary

Help to order promo items as needed for offices and events

 

Marketing Campaigns

Work with Marketing team to execute marketing campaigns

Assist with direct mailers

Assist with coordination of TAP campaign

 

Public Relations

Work with local sales directors to target “newsworthy” events and information to create local press releases

Send information to local news agencies, business journals, etc. to gain local exposure in our current markets

 

Event/Seminar Coordination

Assist the Marketing Manager in the research and planning of Carousel events and seminars

Research locations, gather information, present choices to team

Help to execute seminars and events

 

Sales Portal/Website

Adding new partner/Avaya information to the website and portal

Refreshing information on website and sales portal to keep it timely and updated

 

Other Duties

Assist Sales people with large proposals and presentations when necessary

Working in Excel, Word and Powerpoint

Assist Sales people in researching and finding information for RFP’s and proposals

Help to write and put together newsletters, pdf’s, sales slicks, etc.

Set up and organizing webinars for Lunch and Learns and sales people

Assist Marketing team with any new projects whenever necessary

Ordering of business cards

Other duties as assigned

 

Required Knowledge and Experience:

BA or BS degree, Marketing preferred
