We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who will manage web site content and content projects related to the company web site(s) including content creation, page layout and navigation.

*Communicates technical requirements to content authors.
*Evaluates and edits new content to ensure that all content meets established content standards and work with technical team to assess any challenges in displaying the content. This includes creating HTML pages from templates for the web site(s) and e-mail campaigns and utilizing content management system.
*Review web site content for relevance and timeliness, identifying and updating out-of-date information; complete quality checks to eliminate typos, broken links, functionality errors, and poor interface.
*Provide web-based support and assist in reporting and troubleshooting web site problems with technical team and internal Help Desk.
*Assist with promotional efforts to build web site traffic, generate usage, and launch new content and functionality.
*Assist with statistical reporting of web site traffic and functionality usage.

Required Skills:
Good communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary as are interpersonal skills. The ability to positively interact effectively with team members, technical staff, and customers. Must also have the ability to prioritize the workload, displaying the appropriate sense of urgency for critical matters. A general proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is required. Proficiency with electronic publishing software, web site design concepts and tools, HTML, or Content Management software platforms desirable.
