Job Description Mgr-Business Process Analysis p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Responsibilities The incumbent analyzes business risks, identifies mitigating controls, plans & performs on-site testing at Area locations to assess exposures and determine effectiveness of control systems, including internal control assessment to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. Primary responsibilities include deciding whether control systems are adequate or require improvement and recommending solutions to process gaps to enable management's achievement of key business objectives.This position is responsible for directing program management requirements for major initiatives involving business process improvements, systems integration, or any special projects requiring cross-functional coordination, effective analytical reasoning, team leadership, and execution of project plans on time and within budget. The candidate is responsible for leading teams of peers and participating in projects led by peers in performance of business control system reviews. This includes analyzing business risks, identifying mitigating controls, planning and performing on site testing, and determining effectiveness of control systems. Projects involve independent & objective evaluations of operational, financial and legal compliance controls, and reporting of issues to senior management; follow-up is also performed to assure action is taken to resolve gaps in the Company's system of internal controls.The position relies heavily on communicating extensively and maintaining a constructive relationship with all clients to facilitate development of an effective Company wide integrated business control system.The position reports to the Director Auditing Services p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Accounting / auditing certification (CPA, CIA, CISA) and MBA preferred.Minimum of 6 years relevant experience.4+ years of wireless financial analysis experience or extensive knowledge and understanding of wireless industry trends and key business drivers. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Business analysis experience and high level understanding of information systems concepts/controls.Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and proven ability to effectively manage small project teams in performance of a wide variety of engagements under the pressure of tight project deadlines.Ability to effectively balance job challenges that include performing detailed technical analyses and big picture assessments of key organizational strategic issues within an assignment.
