We are currently seeking an experienced Network Applications Engineer.  In this newly created position, you will be the primary interface to the Sales and Operations groups for new customers and network initiatives to ensure smooth transitions into the order process channel.  Initiatives can span voice, data and other opportunities that drive revenue for Globalcom and will include Special Customer Applications which originate within Sales and Sales Engineering.  Additionally, the position will work with Marketing to define, negotiate and integrate business development deals into Globalcom’s operations and sales organizations.

 

You will also: Assist in defining and implementing strategic custom services and work with Finance and Marketing to price custom servicesProvide assistance in the development of practices, guidelines and procedures relating to the deployment and installation of enhanced services.Work on designated technical projects including research, documentation, and reporting on features and functionality of proposed solutions.

If you have 5 – 7 years telecom experience with a broad understanding of voice, data and underlying network support infrastructure, enjoy working on cross-functional teams and interfacing with customers, we want to talk with you!!
