New Business Support Rep

Handle inbound phone calls to support Commercial High Speed Data / Internet and Video customers in a prompt and professional manner regarding various customer support issues related to technical trouble, order fulfillment and possible billing. Assist local field technicians with order processing, technical support at customer premise, and order completion.  Support local Account Executives with order processing and tracking as needed. Assist Operations Supervisor with order tracking and completion reports. Act as a local escalation point for the National Advanced Services Center (ASC) to resolve customer technical issues within the Indiana Region. Interact with ASC as appropriate to resolve customer support issues for advance feature troubleshooting. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1-2 years of customer service experience, call center environment a plus
- Strong technical skills related to desktop support, LAN/WAN support, IP Networking
- Technical certifications preferred (A+, Net +, MCSE, MCP)
- Strong PC skills including MS Excel and other MS Office software
- Dispatching, Network Operations, or Fulfillment experience a plus.
- Solid understanding of internal support tools (DST/Cabledata, TTS, CADM, ONMS, etc.) or the ability to learn them
- Experience with high-speed data Tier support or other technical support call center environment a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
