Description

Make outbound phone calls on predictive dialer to sell Circuit City Advantage Protection Plan to current and previous customers and cross sell products and services on the web.   If you enjoy talking to loyal customers about protecting their purchases, have EXCELLENT customer service and sales skills and want to make $40,000 a year or more then we want to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities

·          Produce net volume on average of $425 per day

·          Maintain or exceed quality expectations of department

·          Meet productivity metric expectations of log in time, break time and wrap up time parameters

·          Must be computer literate, good web navigation skills and have good communication skills as well as professional phone etiquette skills

Requirements/Preferences

·          High School diploma or GED preferred

·          Sales experience a plus

Outbound Warranty Associates can earn incentive-pay up to $2400/month in addition to the regular hourly rate.

·          Top performers make $50k - 60k/year

·          Average income is $33,000+ ($15.87/hr)

 

Shift

1:30-10:00 - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9:00-5:30 - Every Saturday

Wednesday and Sunday * are days off

 

* All shifts are required to work one (1) Sunday every 8 weeks from 12:30-5:30.
