Outside Sales

Teliris the industry leader in the Telepresence space seeks a Outside Sales Representative for our North East Region.

Position Responsibilities

•Growing a pipeline by true account management and prospecting within the territory.
•Closing business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
•Creating, enhancing, and managing business relationships with clients and business partners to leverage additional opportunities.
•Proactively and creatively understanding client needs and identifying solutions to those needs; actively creating business opportunities in conjunction with partners
•Strong usage of salesforce.com and forecasting
•Working with support departments marketing, pre-sales and professional services to ensure full and timely revenue recognition.
 

Skills and Knowledge

•8+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of selling complex technology solutions to global 1000 companies
•Consistent and verifiable achievement of quota, with demonstrated success of multi year quota achievement within the same company.
•Proven ability to manage a complex sale that requires qualifying, analyzing customer business and technical requirements, leading effective demonstrations, building an ROI and business case, managing a contract negotiating cycle, and closing the sale.
•Outstanding relationship-building skills coupled with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity. Candidate should have a track record of growing ulti-year customer relationships.
•Strong rolodex in the US (NE region especially)
•Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Exude confidence and leadership in the execution of the job function. 
•Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience is acceptable.
 

Compensation

• Total compensation $200k to $400k
• Base salary
• Uncapped commissions with accelerated quota structure
• Renewal base- existing business paid as you close business
