Paralegal, Legal Affairs T-Mobile USA, one of the nation's premiere wireless service providers, has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to work within its Legal Department at its Bellevue, WA offices. This position provides paralegal support to the Legal Marketing team. This paralegal will have a broad range of responsibilities including: review of advertising and marketing collateral and drafting appropriate disclaimers, identifying legal issues, analyzing specific legal problems and advising the legal group regarding legal implications and risks; drafting, reviewing, and interpreting documents containing moderately complex legal language; monitoring and maintaining accurate files, ticklers, charts and databases; performing factual and legal research; and assisting with a wide variety of special projects/assignments as needed. Successful candidate will have: excellent judgment; ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member; demonstrated ability to complete multiple and competing tasks within tight deadlines; strong detail-orientation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment; and strong customer-oriented and interpersonal skills. Requirements include at least 5 years of relevant paralegal experience. corporate law firm experience is strongly preferred. Advertising law experience is preferred; willingness to learn advertising law is required. Paralegal Certificate and/or degree from an ABA- approved paralegal program a plus.
