Baker Installations has been a "partner of choice" providing cable TV and high-speed internet installations with outstanding customer service to homes and businesses for over 30 years.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Full Time and Part Time Dispatchers for our facility in

Niles, Ohio

As a Dispatcher you will

- Coordinate our Technician's work routes via radio and phone

- Facilitate communication between our clients, customers and our technicians.

- Help resolve customer conflicts over the telephone.

- Schedule and complete service work orders.

- Communicate with technicians to organize workflow and eliminate errors.

- Enter data into our databases and perform simple administrative functions.

- Be available to work a somewhat flexible schedule, including weekends.

 

The Ideal Candidates will

- Have a High School Diploma

- Be reliable and team oriented

- Be very detail oriented and organized

- Be able to work independently in a fast paced multi-tasking environment

- Be able to work weekends

- Present a pleasant, professional image

- Have strong verbal and written communications skills

- Have exceptional interpersonal skills

- Preferably have prior Dispatcher experience (ICOMS Experience a Plus)

- Have solid Customer Service experience

- Have basic computer skills (prior database experience a plus)

- Be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
