Responsibilities Manage copying, printing, and FedEx packages. Miscellaneous filing and office duties. Create, submit and keep records of department's Expense Reports. Process Department Invoices [approvals & coding]. Create/Maintain Department Records [scan & file]: Real Estate Patents/Trademarks Subsidiaries Corporate Contracts Candidates must be self-motivated and have experience with word-processing and spreadsheet entry. Requirements Candidates must have good computer and organizational skills. Legal experience not required but preferred. 15 hours per week.
