Personal Communication Consultant - PCC Sales
The PCC (Personal Comcast Consultant) will increase market share and revenue growth by selling and retaining Comcast products and services through face-to-face customer interactions. PCCs to provide a personal contact to resolve any outstanding customer issues including billing problems, service problems, and installation problems. PCCs to upgrade customers to long term retention offers in assigned areas. Develop, plan and execute events and demonstrations targeted at educating customers and potential customers about the advantage of Comcast products and services, gather leads and close sales from events. Report on all activity daily, including homes targeted, contacts, sales, objectives, follow-up program, retention leads and saves, upgrades, competitive updates, etc. Meet minimum new sales, upgrade sales, retention saves, and event sales as directed by Sales and Marketing management. Thorough and up-to-the-minute competitive knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing, campaigns for video, online and phone services. Compensation is Base + commission. Must be available to work evenings and weekends and events as scheduled. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE:
Customer Service background and field sales experience preferred. Must have impeccable communication, organizational, and people skills Thorough understanding of cable, online, and telephone services Ability to complete necessary paperwork in a timely, accurate manner. Honesty, integrity, and an ability to educate public a must. Must have a valid drivers license with dependable transportation
punctual, regular and consisten attendance and ability to work over time as needed is a must.
