Premier Account Executive - Voice and Data

Working in our elite Named Account Sales Division, a Premier Account Executive (PAE) will focus on “up market”, higher end new business development in addition to new revenue growth in an assigned, Premier Account Manager (PAM) supported existing “Premier Account” customer base. PAE will be responsible for the sales and marketing of One Communications’ full suite of “On-Net” Voice, Data, and Internet products.  The Premier Account Executive will be working with, and selling to, President’s, CEO’s, CFO’s, MIS Directors, Telecom Managers and business owners.  Managing Customer opportunities associated with growing One Communications’ assigned base of customers as well as developing new business acquisitions. Generating new revenue through acquisition and assigned base sales by selling One Communications’ products and services including Local, Long Distance, Internet and Data through preparing, delivering and closing sales proposals. Identifying, validating, quantifying and prioritizing new and assigned base sales opportunities. Enhancing the One Communications’ relationship with the customer to attain more referrals and actively pursue those leads. Strategizing and partnering with the Premier Account Manager to understand customer needs and take the lead on developing solutions to increase account revenue. Contributing to a positive market image by demonstrating cohesive teamwork and professional expertise.

Requirements

· MUST have a proven track record within the CLEC, IXC, and ISP Marketplace.

· Documented prospecting and sales success in the higher end telecom market.

· Proven background of consistently meet specific quota expectations.

·MUST have 3+ Years Outside Sales Experience within the Telecom Industry.

·Demonstrate clear knowledge of T1, VOIP, VPN, as well as, all other Industry Standard Voice and Data Products & Services
