Responsibilities
The Angel.com Prinicipal Client Services Consultant (PCSC) owns the end-to-end project engagement with clients, with the goal of making the customer an active promoter of Angel.com’s service. The PCSC executes the Angel.com Engagement Model that consists of pre-sales demonstrations, post-sales kick-off meeting, application development and deployment, and on-going account management. An effective PCSC is technically proficient, adept at Web Services integration, clear and concise in communicating technical concepts, and able to earn the trust of sophisticated clients. The ideal candidate is a talented technical consultant who is looking to move up to owning the end-to-end project engagement and technical architecture, applying project management and technical skill to develop full solutions for clients using Angel.com’s Site Builder toolkit. The PCSC interacts with clients over the phone, via email, WebEx, and in-person when needed, delivering the technical message at a level appropriate for the target audience, from web developers to CXO-level executives.
Job Duties:
· Demonstrate Angel.com Site Builder to new prospects via WebEx, focused on the technical integration of an Angel Voice Site with client Web Services.
· Run the Kick-Off Meeting for new clients (where the “rubber meets the road”), identifying project goals, project team roles and responsibilities, project milestones, and success criteria.
· Apply proficiency with Angel.com Site Builder toolkit to build applications, or Voice Sites, for clients that provide an end-to-end call center automation solution.
· Integrate Angel.com Voice Sites with client backend Web Service infrastructure to create dynamic, personalized interaction with callers over the phone.
· Manage several client engagements simultaneously while exceeding client expectations for each project.
· Make each client a “net promoter” of the Angel.com service, willing to recommend Angel.com to a friend or colleague based on their project success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree.
· Experience: At least 5 years experiencing in consulting or development.
· Skills and Abilities:Strong technical experience with Web Service architectures. Web development or programming skills (ColdFusion, jsp, asp, other Web technologies). Strong communication skills with interest in running end-to-end client engagements. Passion for technology. Ability to multitask with desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
