Our high performance UltraCMOSTM RFIC products provide unprecedented performance for our customers and push the capabilities of CMOS to limits that were previously unthinkable. We are now looking for candidates to take on the challenge of helping develop our lines of RFIC products which will challenge your ability to work with new levels of product performance. This candidate will take on technical leadership responsibility for a focused product development team. The Product Development group is responsible for transitioning new products from design to volume production and transitioning existing products to new fabs. The primary responsibility is to ensure that production release schedules are implemented which involves technical, hands-on lab work, coordinating with other groups to ensure the products are reliable, working with test engineers in the creation of production test solutions that meet cost and speed requirements all while making sure customer requirements are satisfied .  The assigned projects will be diverse and complex in nature, requiring leadership, initiative and judgment in determining appropriate solutions.  Qualifications:

BS required, MS preferred in Electrical Engineering.  Minimum of 7 years related experience in RF or mixed-signal high-speed ASIC product development. Minimum 2 years of demonstrated ability to mentor and lead engineers.
