Product Management Coordinator (2008-6)

DescriptionGeneral Summary:Coordinate and track information related to the development and implementation of short and long-range product strategies, business cases and value propositions.Principal Duties and Responsibilities: (* Essential Functions)* Interface with product development, coordinate product messaging and status of Concurrent Product Development (CPD) projects.* Launch and track packages for general availability. * Gather competitive information, pricing/literature from sales team, store and disseminate to Product Line Management team (PLM).* Track business development action plans and report monthly on success ratios. * Communicate quarterly updated product shipment data to account teams in support of matrices.* Collection and presentation of product margins for monthly review.Develop presentations that display the analysis/trends of competitive pricing and make recommendations. Assist in creating graphical reports. Review the PLM budget report monthly to identify discrepancies. Review discrepancies with appropriate manager and reconcile with finance.Assist Senior Director to develop tracking logs and project plans for PLM Team to insure adherence to departmental time lines. Assist Senior Director with meeting arrangements, informing all involved parties of changes to schedule and agenda.Perform other duties as required.Required SkillsKnowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to work well independently and think outside the box. Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Good listening skills and the ability to interpret information and identify root causes and develop solutions. Strong organizational, project management and facilitation skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.Required ExperienceEducation:Associate Degree in Business or equivalent.
