We are seeking a Product Support Specialist who will be responsible for taking incoming technical support calls from technicians in the field and managing trouble tickets to resolution.

*Gather and provide adequate information for ticket escalations.
*Provide complete descriptions of identified anomalies in trouble tickets and provide an action plan for resolution for the remote field technician.
*Work cooperatively with team members to resolve problems and provide cross training.
*Occasional travel to customer location to resolve issue is required
