Program Manager, Analysis & Projects- Worldwide Sales Operations

Based in Pleasanton, CA, the Program Manager of Sales Operations will support the WW Sales leadership in effectively managing and analyzing forecasts, operational issues and projects, reporting, communications and other key areas which impact the business.  The Program Manager of Sales Operations will work to execute, in conjunction with the Sales Operations Theatre Operations Teams, Sales Operations Reporting and the Sales Leadership teams on the quarterly and annual business strategy and operational plans.

 

This role will report to the Director of WW Sales Operations and Business Analysis and will partner with all levels of management across the business.  The ideal candidate must be experienced, high-tech Sales Operations professional with business acumen and a proven track record in a fast-paced billion-dollar organization. Candidate should be:

q  Experienced and comfortable in working in a fast-paced, changing environment

q  Able to set own goals as well as work with those set by others

q  Comfortable dealing with ambiguous and changing objectives

q  Motivated by creating new responses to familiar problems where others may have tried and failed

Scope/Primary Job Responsibilities:

The Program Manager of Sales Operations Analysis and Reporting will:Manage the business to targeted bookings, revenue, margin, and expense goals; Work with Finance to provide ongoing analysis of these operational metrics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. This individual will deal with both direct and channel strategies to ensure that all business objectives are achieved Manage reporting design, strategy and delivery—examples: Pipeline, forecast Operating expenses Bookings, analytics Headcount and Performance ManagementManage and report monthly key business metrics for identifying trends and recommendations to address Assist with the development and implementation of the Sales Annual Operating Plan facilitating discussions around Corporate and Area objectives, and helping drive towards the company timelineDrive best practices and implement company policies and best practicesBe a focal point for consolidation and escalation of Theatre concerns to the corporation as well as special initiatives Represent and participate on cross functional teams (Marketing, HR, IT, Legal, and Finance) to participate in the new initiatives across the companyDevelop a strong partnership and liaison with other Corporate functions (Finance, HR, Planning, Shipping, Manufacturing, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Order Administration, Legal, Real state)

 

Preferred Skills:Proven sales operations professional in a multibillion dollar global company 5+ years of related experience preferably in an enterprise sales environment Exceptional self motivation and self initiative Strong project management skills required Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail Proven track record of effectively interfacing with and influencing multiple levels of management Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills Bachelor degree, MBA preferred Travel required on an as needed basis
