The Project Analyst manages the delivery process of a technical project in MS Project from approval and discovery phase to launch and ensures a successful delivery measured by time, cost, and client satisfaction.

Summary of Role
The Project Analyst is expected to:

· Provide project analyst support to maintain a suite of dependant/interlinked MS Project plans.

· Maintain suite of project plans in MS Project

· Ensure automated data feeds complete as scheduled

· Ensure cross project dependencies are updated across suite of project plans

· Manage program baseline maintenance process

· Manage program template changes to ensure template chances are reflected in the appropriate project plans

· Develop reporting to support enterprise program report

· Assist in period risk assessment analysis

The Project Analyst may also assist the Project Manager(s) with the any of the following:

· Ensure that well-defined requirements are derived from the product and customer requirements. This includes ensuring that the deliverables of the project are clearly understood.  Project scope management is key to project success.

· Ensure that the project team knows the inputs required by the project and the outputs the project will produce.

· Control and coordinate change to the project at the level of requirements, timescales and resources.

· Drive the planning process by leading cross-functional teams through the planning stages and assembling a high-level project plan. This plan must meet the needs of the customer interface as regards the functionality and timescales for delivery, within the organization’s capacity to perform. 

· Ensure that project-level goals and priorities are clearly communicated to the entire team.

· Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate

· Identify and manage dependencies on other projects within the Company portfolio.

· Act as a central point within the project for the escalation and resolution of issues that affect the project activities.

· Drive the identification of project staffing needs and issues, and ensure priorities are understood.

· Provide project leadership to promote maximum productivity while striving to minimize costs

· Analyze and manage the risks to the project, including mitigation and contingency plans.

· Ensure that the tools to be used by the program are identified and that there is a plan for their deployment and for staff training as needed.

· Ensure that the developed software is properly deployed in a production environment.

Requirements:

 Minimum 3+ Years project analyst experience supporting multiple projects concurrently.Must be a subject matter expert (SME) in MS Project, MS Project/VBA macros, Office Automation using VB.NET, SQL Sever 2005, SQL 2005 Reporting ServicesUnderstanding of wireless technologies and/or projects supporting wireless technology initiatives greatly preferred.
